- ETH is currently accumulating liquidity both above and below, signaling indecision before a potential breakout
- The supply zone with imbalance has already taken liquidity once, making it a crucial area to monitor
- We can’t know what ETH will do—but by prepping both bullish and bearish scenarios, we can trade what unfolds, not what we wish for
In the last piece, we spotted a strong liquidity grab—a classic move that tends to precede a shift in momentum.

We were patiently waiting for ETH to dip into a clean demand zone, a spot that would’ve given us a sweet long entry.

But guess what? It never made it there.

Instead, it did something we had half-expected, but still left us watching from the sidelines—it went up and grabbed liquidity above a known supply that we already knew was weak.
Classic Ethereum.

Now here we are. Almost a week has passed, and ETH is accumulating liquidity on both sides like it’s cooking something slow and complex. Above us? A supply zone with imbalance, which—if you’ve been watching—has already grabbed liquidity before.

That makes it extra spicy.
So… what’s the next Ethereum move?
Let me be clear: I don’t know for sure. And if anyone tells you they do, they’re either guessing or selling you a fantasy.
But here’s what I see…
There are two key zones I’m watching right now:
- The supply with imbalance up top, which already soaked in some liquidity—if price taps that again, we might see a sharp reaction. Rejection? Maybe. Continuation? Possible.
- The local lows building underneath, where price has been just shy of sweeping. If it dips down and sweeps those lows, we could get a decent spring and rally scenario—especially if it lines up with a demand or FVG below.
This is one of those setups where both scenarios can be plotted, understood, and prepped for, but we’ll need to react, not predict blindly.
A Personal Note to You, The Reader
This reminds me of a time I was trading ETH during the 2022 chop—price just sat in a range for days, building up both sides. I remember feeling stuck, wondering why doesn’t it just move?.
But when it did—when it finally chose a direction—it exploded. The whole setup felt obvious after the fact.
Right now feels eerily similar.
So here’s my take: Get your plan ready. Mark your zones. Then wait.
Because when ETH finally breaks free from this liquidity game, it could move fast—and you don’t want to be caught guessing.
