AMF warns: a wave of unlicensed crypto services is sweeping France, and a list of domains violating CASP/DASP regulations is updated. The blacklist includes 12 sites offering crypto assets without a legal basis. This encourages users to use only trusted services that have been verified across multiple jurisdictions.

AMF Strengthens Oversight – New Sites Identified Without CASP Status
The French financial markets regulator continues to combat unauthorized crypto providers – both those who ignore regulations and those who are outright fraudulent. In particular, the regulator has added 12 services to the register, including:
- app.upifex.org
- bextradefx.online
- investi-ray.io
- investxcrypto.com
- nonkyc.io
- trader-ai.cc
- upifex.com
- www.pionex.com
- zeriafunding.com
Yes, it would be nice to get additional explanations from AMF for each case, but it is possible to trace a certain pattern. Some services use recognizable domain names, such as pionex.com and tapbit.com, while having already known one-page websites for platforms, but positioning themselves as global CEX brands.
You can also see that some services use terms that emphasize their potential functionality. In other words, trader-ai.cc is clearly trying to exploit the ongoing hype around AI. By the way, AI can indeed be an incredibly powerful tool in trading when it comes to the right approach and proven platforms. The AMF reminds us that having a website accessible from France automatically requires registration as a CASP/DASP. The regulator recommends that users check the whitelist before interacting with any crypto platform.

Legal Verification Is a Key Tool for Investor Protection
The AMF is quite active in verifying the legitimacy of crypto services, and this is not an exhaustive list. Since the beginning of 2025, the total blacklist has already included 15 services. The addition of 12 more services indicates a strengthening of checks, and we can expect a few dozen more by the end of 2025.
