- April’s 2nd week ICOs bring us PTC from Polyverse, and KOBAN from Lucky Kat
April’s 2nd week ICOs bring us PTC from Polyverse, and KOBAN from Lucky Kat. Let’s check them closer.
PTC From Polyverse GameFi Platform
Polyverse is a GameFi platform focused on browser-based gameplay with Web3 and NFT integration. Mechanics include a training mode, defending a base against waves of enemies, collecting in-game resources, and monetizing achievements through in-game currency convertible into tokens. Players can also earn tokens for active participation and complete seasons with a competitive element. The project utilizes a Stake-to-Play model and multi-chain architecture.
Polyverse is holding an IDO of its PTC token on April 15 on the Huostarter platform, on the Ethereum blockchain. The starting price is $0.0009, and the target is $150,000. The round will distribute 166.67 million PTC (0.33% of the total supply). Distribution: 20% on TGE, while the rest is 6 months of linear vesting with no cliff.

Lucky Kat’s KOBAN is an in-game currency for Takibi Protocol and Web3 gaming on Sui
Lucky Kat is an award-winning game studio from the Netherlands with over 250 million downloads. The team is now building a Web3 infrastructure on the Sui blockchain and launching Takibi Protocol, a cross-gaming platform that connects decentralized gaming products into a single ecosystem. The KOBAN token becomes the centerpiece of this protocol: it is already integrated into PanzerDogs and will be in future releases. Its functionality covers utility roles within games, staking, rewards, and platform economy through the Lucky Kat Utility Hub.
KOBAN will take place April 16-21 on the DAO Maker platform. The round target is $400,000, the token is priced at $0.0198, and 20.2 million KOBAN (0.8% of the total) will be in circulation. Distribution: 30% on TGE, 1 month lockup, then linear unlocking over 3 months. Blockchain: Sui.

Conclusion
A continuation of the ICO from the rather interesting Polyverse, which, on the one hand, doesn’t offer anything groundbreaking, but could still be of interest to GameFi fans.
Also, even more interesting, in my opinion, is a KOBAN ICO for tokenizing game mechanics on one of the fastest blockchains Sui, which is gaining increasing infrastructural relevance and this seems to be a rather promising application of it.
Let’s carefully observe what progress the projects are making. Stay tuned for updates, and be adaptive in the rapidly evolving technology, blockchain, and crypto landscape.
