The transaction was made in four separate transfers in the span of ten hours. Such a big move often sparks widespread bullish sentiment among retail investors, who often interpret whale activity as a vote of confidence in the asset’s long-term prospects.This whale activity comes at a time when Ether is experiencing a slight relief from selling pressure. After nearing below $3,000 last week, $ETH is now trading at $3,587 -- up by nearly 2% in the last seven days. 

Reports that the U.S. Senate is moving toward a resolution to end the longest-ever government shutdown are undoubtedly heating up the cryptocurrency market. Now with a light at the end of the tunnel, digital assets like Ethereum and BTC broke above their two-week downward trend, signaling a potential recovery over the coming weeks.
